COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Organiser
This competition is organised by Petit Miracles Interiors Limited, a registered charity based in England (No 1143542). Our contact number is 07557672911.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
Only residents of the United Kingdom are eligible to enter. While anyone in the UK may enter, those living in London are most likely to benefit from the prize due to the workshop’s location.
Employees, volunteers, trustees, and immediate family members of Petit Miracles Interiors Limited are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must sign up for our email newsletter and remain subscribed.
Participants must also follow our official Instagram account- @petitmiracles
All individuals who meet these criteria will automatically be entered into the competition.
Existing subscribers who follow the Instagram account are also eligible.
4. Competition Period & Selection
This is a rolling competition.
A new winner will be drawn on the first Saturday of each month that there is a furniture painting workshop (this may be subject to change).
This workshop is usually held on the third Saturday of the month (this may be subject to change).
The winner will be randomly selected from eligible participants.
5. Prize Details
The prize consists of a free furniture painting workshop, including all necessary tools and materials.
The winner will work on furniture provided by Petit Miracles Interiors.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Travel and accommodation expenses are not included. The winner must arrange their own transportation.
6. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
The winner will be notified via email.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 6:00 PM on the following Wednesday.
If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner will be selected on Thursday.
7. Publicity & Data Protection
By entering, the winner agrees to allow Petit Miracles Interiors Limited to use their name, image, and any videos or photos taken during the workshop for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media, our website, and other publications.
Personal contact details will only be used for sending the newsletter and competition-related communication.
Petit Miracles Interiors Limited complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Entrants’ personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Competition Conditions & Disclaimers
The competition requires a minimum of 25 entries each month to proceed. If this number is not met, the competition for that month may be cancelled.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platforms.
Petit Miracles Interiors Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
